Tracking tools: a custom spreadsheet to log body measurements, weight, cycle phases, biofeedback, and nutrition—so you can see trends and progress over time

How It Works:
Your nutrition coaching program begins with a 3-month (12-week) commitment. Payments are $200 every 4 weeks, paid upfront.
Weekly check-ins take approximately 15 minutes and are flexible based on your needs:
