A classic New York–style cheesecake can pack over 500 calories and 30g of fat per slice—delicious, but a lot for an everyday treat.
I love cheesecake, so I set out to create a lighter version that didn’t sacrifice flavor. After plenty of testing, I landed on this lower-calorie, sugar-free cheesecake, sweetened with monk fruit and just as satisfying as the original.
Using the same slice size, this version comes in at 230 calories with only 12g of fat—proof that in midlife, we don’t have to give up the foods we love, just make smarter, more intentional choices.
