It tastes like a no-bake cheesecake and Oreos had a baby, in the best way. Seven servings at 90 calories each means you can absolutely go back for seconds.

Ingredients

4 Oreo Thins

14g sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix (1/2 package — or sub SF vanilla pudding mix)

210ml fairlife skim milk (3/4 cup)

30g Legion vanilla whey protein powder

60g lite Cool Whip

Directions

  • Use a food processor or blender to break up the Oreo Thins. Set aside.
  • Whisk pudding mix and milk together. Let sit 5-10 min in the fridge (or whisk an extra 2 min) to thicken.
  • Add protein powder and whisk again until smooth.
  • Fold in Cool Whip gently.
  • Fold in crushed cookies, leaving some for the top if desired.
  • Store in the fridge. Serve with strawberries, apple slices, pretzels, or graham crackers.
