These macro-friendly egg bites are the meal prep breakfast I keep coming back to every week. Made with Greek yogurt for an extra protein boost, they bake in about 15 minutes, hold up beautifully in the fridge for the whole week, and genuinely keep you full. Make a batch on Sunday and your mornings are handled.
