Ingredients

255g nonfat Greek yogurt, plain (1 cup)

20g vanilla protein powder

10g sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix

30g sliced strawberries

30g blueberries

Directions

  • Add the protein powder, pudding mix, and Greek yogurt to a bowl.
  • Stir until smooth and fully combined.
  • Spread the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper in an even layer.
  • Add the strawberries and blueberries on top and gently press them in.
  • Freeze for a few hours until solid.
  • Remove from the parchment paper and use a knife to break into bark pieces.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
