High Protein Banana Pudding Recipe

High Protein Banana Pudding

32g protein/serving

5 minutes to make

5 ingredients

1 serving

Ingredients

150g nonfat Greek yogurt, plain

20g vanilla whey protein powder

2g sugar free banana cream pudding mix

25g thinly sliced banana, 4-5 thin slices

1/2 honey graham cracker sheet

Directions

    • Mix the yogurt, protein powder, and pudding mix together in a bowl.
    • Add half to a small mason jar.
    • Break the 1/2 sheet of graham cracker into a few pieces. Layer them on top of the yogurt.
    • Layer the banana slices over the graham crackers.
    • Layer the rest of the yogurt on top.
    • Add 2 tbsp light cool whip on top. Add a tiny bit of graham cracker crumbs for presentation, if desired (not included in macros).
    • Serve immediately or store in the fridge for a few hours to overnight so the graham crackers can soften. Don’t add the cool whip until ready to serve!
