Ingredients

30ml Fairlife skim milk (2 tbsp)

25g chocolate protein powder (~1 scoop)

10g mini marshmallows (~12)

5g sugar-free milk chocolate chips (~1 tsp)

Directions

  • Mix together the skim milk and protein powder in a small ramekin until smooth.
  • Add the mini marshmallows on top.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the marshmallows.
  • Air fry at 350-360 degrees for 4-6 minutes, or until the marshmallows are lightly browned.
  • Serve alongside graham crackers or sliced strawberries.
