Macro Coaching for
Women Over 30
I provide macro coaching for women over 30, but what does that mean? I help women in their 30s, 40s, and beyond learn how to fuel their bodies with enough protein and calories, a steady structure of movement that actually fits into their daily life, and real flexibility… without any extremes or food guilt. I’m a Precision Nutrition certified nutrition coach with a specialization in macros, a homeschooling mom of three, and I’m actively navigating perimenopause myself (so I really do understand how frustrating it is when your body stops responding the way it used to).
I focus on simple, repeatable habits, understanding macros in a practical way, and making nutrition work alongside motherhood, workouts, travel, and everyday life. This is supportive, personalized guidance meant to bring clarity and confidence so you can stop guessing and start eating in a way that actually supports your goals in energy, strength, and this season you’re in, while keeping longterm health markers in mind.
I also believe coaching shouldn’t cost $300+ a month or lock you into a long commitment just to get your numbers and some accountability. That’s why I built this differently.
I offer two ways to work with me (you’ll find both below), whether you want ongoing coaching with real support or just your numbers and a solid starting point.
My Journey…
After three babies, I set out to regain strength, energy, and a sense of myself… learning along the way how macros could support both my body and the busy, unpredictable life of motherhood. Now in my 40s, I’m navigating perimenopause, lifting heavy in the gym, homeschooling my kids, and still figuring out dinner most nights. I coach from that real mom perspective (not a highlight reel) because that’s the life most of us are actually living.

Recipes That Help
These are the kinds of recipes that make macro coaching for women over 30 actually sustainable… because if the food isn’t good, cravings will hit.
Hitting your macros doesn’t have to mean boring food or spending hours in the kitchen. These are some of my most popular recipes and the kinds of meals I actually eat (and recommend to my clients) on a regular basis. High protein and fiber, simple ingredients, and easy enough to prep alongside everything else you’ve got going on.
High Fiber Oat Bars: A grab-and-go snack that’s packed with fiber and keeps you full through the afternoon… even when lunch feels like it was three hours ago.

Bacon & Cheese Egg Bites: Meal prep these on Sunday and you’ve got a high protein breakfast ready to go all week
(~5 minutes of reheating and you’re done).
