I make this air fried egg bagel thin when I need a quick breakfast. One bagel thin (this saves on overall calories and carbs), one egg, a little cheese, and the air fryer. The egg cooks right inside the hole of the bagel thin, the cheese melts down over everything, and you’ve got a 260-calorie breakfast with 16g of protein that takes the same effort as a bowl of cereal. Cook it on the longer end if you don’t want any running of the egg.
