The snack I make when I want something salty and savory, but don’t want to blow my calories for the day. Nutritional yeast gives it a real cheesy flavor without any actual cheese — 7 grams of protein in the whole bowl and only 145 calories. It takes about 3 minutes to create this high protein cheddar popcorn.
