This brownie batter is decadent, rich, and made with a secret ingredient you’d never guess— pumpkin purée. Hear me out. You can’t taste the pumpkin AT ALL. What you get is a thick, fudgy batter with incredible macros and a solid dose of fiber (4.5g per serving). It takes five minutes to throw together, and you can eat it straight from the bowl or store it in the fridge for later. Either way, it tastes like dessert.
