This pumpkin pie protein shake tastes like fall in a glass and the macros are almost too good to be true. With 39g of protein, 0g of fat, and only 263 calories, it’s the kind of recipe that makes tracking easy and dessert cravings irrelevant. Five ingredients, no banana (from a less than banana-lover, this was key!), no yogurt, no nut butter — just blend and pour over ice. I make this one on repeat every fall and it never gets old.
