This tastes like a warm strawberry cheesecake — and it comes together in under five minutes. One tortilla, a creamy cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, then pan-toasted golden. It’s one of those recipes that feels like a treat and pulls its weight on macros. Have it for breakfast, post-workout snack, or dessert.
