These tuna crisps are one of my favorite high-protein lunches when I want something fast and crunchy without heating up the kitchen. Air-fried tortilla chips, a simple tuna mix, and fresh cucumber on top. Five minutes, one serving, done.

Tuna Crisps

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

1 can tuna in water

1 tbsp sweet relish, sugar free

40g cucumber slices

pinch of salt

1/2 tbsp light mayo

1 carb balance tortilla, fajita size

Directions

  • Mix tuna, relish, salt, and mayo together in a bowl.
  • Place in fridge while you make the tortilla into chips.
  • Cut the tortilla into quarters. Lightly coat with olive oil spray.
  • Air fry on 375 degrees for about 5 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  • Add tuna to the tortillas and top with cucumber slices. Serve!
